All business hours are by appointment only. Delivery estimates and job estimates are just that, estimates. We are at the mercy of some manufacturers and distributors for build and repair parts. We try and keep a reasonable stocking inventory of the parts we commonly use, so those parts should be readily available. After receiving your firearm for repair, a quote will be sent to the email address you provided. Repairs and parts will not begin or be ordered until the quote is accepted. THE HOURLY RATE FOR REPAIRS IS $87.85/HR ($46.65 minimum). The "Shop" button on the top ribbon has job pricing. Please see if your services are listed before calling and asking for a quote. Customers have seven days after receiving their invoice and notification to retrieve their firearm and make payment. There is a 2% service & storage fee every day past the 7-day window.

Critical Update: NFA Processing Resumes—Backlog to Clear
We have a significant and immediate update regarding the status of National Firearms Act (NFA) processing.
The Context: Why Processing Halted
Due to the recent government shutdown, all National Firearms Act (NFA) application processing—including Forms 1, 4, and 3—came to a complete halt. This interruption caused a growing backlog and extended delays for pending approvals.
The Excellent News: Examiners Are Back
The good news is that NFA examiners are officially returning to work today, Monday, October 17th. This rapid recall is the direct result of pressure applied by groups like Gun Owners of America (GOA) and key allies in Congress, who pushed the ATF to prioritize resuming these essential functions.
What This Means for You

Backlog Resolution: We project that the accumulated backlog of NFA forms and ATF 4473s will begin to clear rapidly. You should expect to see approval notifications coming through the pipeline within the next 7 to 10 days.
